@bobbyteriyaki Especially as a software engineer, trying to debug real life stuff with a flat thinker can be frustrating
@bobbyteriyaki you think you know till you realize you don’t know. it’s that cycle forever
@bobbyteriyaki i've struggled to find words for this for so long but i hate when someone says something imperatively but after like 3 followup questions you realize they didn't bother to question their assumptions... like... you're just out here spreading disinformation for free?
@bobbyteriyaki The learning curve except it's a circle
@bobbyteriyaki I had a conducting class in university where we had an hour-long discussion about historical accuracy in music and all of us left that class more confused than when we entered
@bobbyteriyaki Seriously! If there’s one rule in biology it’s that there is always an exception.
@bobbyteriyaki This is what its like scrolling on twitter
@bobbyteriyaki Nah but one of the most frustrating things is discussing with someone who is not capable of holding a strong POV on ANYTHING. You can only get so far with a “depends how you look at it” mentality. Sometimes you need strong, definitive POVs to stimulate good thought/conversation.
