创业的人应该都是偏乐观的（毕竟创业这么难，不乐观很难坚持），反正我们团队是很明显的，每次要推出一个新东西之前，都觉得要腾飞了，尽管基本每次都没达到预期，但不妨碍下次还是这么想，哈哈，这不，我们最近马上又要推出一个新东西，最近团队就处于极度乐观的状态中，:)，敬请期待。

感觉我们可以给各模型厂商提供付费测评服务，我们这测评对模型厂商提升在Agent 场景的表现价值太大了，😃欢迎各模型厂商联系我们，也许后面我们真的会提供一个这样的公共的测评服务。 鉴于保密要求，大家就不要问这分别是哪三个模型了，:)
发现作为公司经营者，尤其是做ToB 业务的，感觉表达欲会大幅下降，原因是通常公司经营的事情周期都会比较长，在没到达一定节点前不能讲，到达了后因为经历了长时间周期，又会觉得也没什么可讲的，哈哈，错过了兴奋期，可能ToC业务的不太一样吧。
...deepseek v4 flash 模式我们测试来看，比v 3.2 差，这个，对我们来说这很尴尬，同样的价格，质量下降了，对大模型而言，看来参数量下降，幻觉出现就会不可避免的增加，尤其是agent这样的多步骤的场景。
为什么港股里有些市值一两百亿人民币的公司，连续很多天，每天成交额几十亿，这...当然，还有大量就是基本没什么成交量的。
有好几个想做的产品，尝试了下后，发现很多自己觉得有点价值的产品，并不是那么容易复制的，基本上核心壁垒都在某领域的数据积累，如果没有那些数据，其实产品的价值就很有限，所以还真别觉得AI Coding 了，很多软件就没价值了，当然，这个要辩证的去看，不过也很容易验证就是。
创业几年后，明白大厂出来的人创业，缺点其实是大于优点的，创业最需要的是0-1，1-10 的能力，而大厂的人更多的经历的是10-100，甚至只是100-1000后的情况，如果是用10-100，甚至是100-1000的方式去做创业公司，那绝对没戏，唯一的优势可能是有点相对好一些的人脉，这个对融资、找客户会有些帮助。
要做一款开源或免费的受欢迎的产品相对是容易很多的，但要做一款受欢迎的商品，就非常难了，而且其实很多受欢迎的开源/免费产品，如果站在商业角度看那可能价值并不大。
为什么现在是二级市场的ps 倍数远比一级市场高呢，完全想不明白...港股如果放开做空，那感觉机会不少，😄
Agent 产品，出发点我觉得很重要，我始终认为Agent 的核心是自主完成任务，其中实在完成不了的步骤involve 人进来帮助下，未来还会从自主完成任务进化到自主完成目标，在这个出发点的前提下，核心是降低人在其中被involve的比例，只要按照这样的标准去看，就会发现大多数号称Agent的产品并不是Agent。
写的挺好的，不过这篇文章反而让我更理解国内的几个大模型为什么在Agent 方向落后了...🤣
连宇树这么火的公司，在去年的融资里竟然有对赌（现在基本是常态），而且是创始人的回购，不是公司回购，这也太...
港股一堆号称AI Agent 的公司，连自己产品每天消耗的Token 数都不敢公布，就可想而知水分有多大...😄
搞了个AI Coding 的微信群，很快500 人就满了，求对AI Coding 有丰富经验的，或者是做AI Coding 工具的人（例如 CC、Codex、Cursor等）来给这个群做做技术分享，这个群的人质量还是很高的，毕竟里面绝大多数用的都是cc，😀

作为AI Agent 公司，会很清楚要做好一个24*7 稳定，高质量干活的Agent，还是有很高的壁垒的，并不是想象着的openclaw装上一堆skills 就无所不能，当然，如果是的话，那就要想下自己做的AI Agent是不是真的毫无壁垒了，这种时候去看就会发现越通用的确实越危险，毕竟通用的高质量的skill还是可以有的。
