HR asked for the current CTC in the HR round, refused to tell, Had an argument then she left the call. Unexpectedly the Hiring Manager called me the next day and convinced me to share. Not 100% but getting a 90% hike. 💪

@BossMyth91631 R1) DSA based ( Not any random question, specific to what the company faces, priority queue used). Hard SQL queries. R2) Supposed to be a HLD/LLD but only LLD was asked, coded in python. R3) One more LLD in JAVA. R4) HM round, some HLD discussion. R5) Director round.

Had an interview on Friday. HR asked me to wait for the ENGINEERING panel, but then she joined and started asking random Java questions. No follow-ups— she was fine as long as I was blabbering something tech. Later found out on LinkedIN she was the tech recruiter 🙂.

Problem - construct BT from IN and Postorder A confusing question even for experts. 🫤 Approach - We know 0th index of preorder is our root, and finding the same node in inorder, left of it is the left subtree and right of it is the right subtree from root. #DSA #leetcode

I am sure you must have hear abou the LRU(Least recently used) cache. Ever thought how can one implement it in the most efficient way? Solution in O(1) time and O(1) space. We use Doubly linked list and a hashmap, to track capacity and least recently used node.

Problem - Clone a LL with random pointer Again a really imp question from interview's perspective. Left - Use a hashmap to store copied nodes against the real nodes. Right - Intertweaning the old nodes with new nodes. Tip: You CAN store nodes as keys in hashmap #DSA #leetcode

Problem - Product array puzzle(Product without self) A famous and really important problem for coding interviews. Approach - Iterate from left and do prefix product, than from right do the suffix product. Tip: Not allowed to use "/" operator most of the time. #DSA #LeetCode
