@bigfatsurprise @AmDiabetesAssn I average 3 grams of carbs a day. All from eggs. I have been doing this for 7 months. I have never felt better. When eating the ADA way, I was a total mess mentally and physically.
@bigfatsurprise @AmDiabetesAssn They have gone too far this time! At least they practice what they preach, they all look diabetic, except an ex member went low carb and got healthy.
