@makemytripcare@makemytripcare cancelled within 24 hours (6 Dec 08:41 AM) and travel dt more than 7 days away. As per DGCA 24-hour cancellation, NO airline cancellation penalty is applicable. escalate this to IndiGo for reversal of wrongly applied penalties and process the full eligible refund.

@amazonHelp The resolution is just a call away when you call the delivery agent and the warehouse manager. Can be resolved in 2 minutes. Not sure why Amazon team needs 10 more days to resolve and the issue is open for about 4 days as of now. @amazonIN @amazon@amazonNews_IN
