@JetBlueSal59243 @AmericanAir @JetBlue @Delta Thank you for responding Sally. JetBlue resolved the issue and did the right thing, so did @Delta. I wish @AmericanAir would follow suit, rather than sending generic emails designed to frustrate the customer and hope they run out of steam.
@americanair, you should consider supporing your customers like @JetBlue and @Delta who are far more flexible and understanding.
@AmericanAir Customer service thanked me for my feedback- "looks forward to welcoming me aboard soon" and again did nothing to help.
@AmericanAir Thank you. I have been in contact with them from yesterday morning, through the day and evening and again this morning. Unfortunately, they have made it painfully clear that although "every effort is made to help with a situation like this" they are unwilling to help in any way.
