Dear @takethat Team, So… the Sweet July video is lovely. Some people say it’s a bit short, but let’s not get into that. There is just one little thing I’d like to say. You do realise that most of Take That female fans are now what I would politely describe as “women of a certain age”, don’t you? 😂 We belong to a generation where, when we watch a @takethat video, we want to see TAKE THAT. The guys. In the flesh. Real. Authentic. Not them suddenly turning into cartoon characters halfway through the video! And, let’s be honest… with the last few hormones we’ve still got left, please let us look at the real thing! The video is nice, honestly. But for the next ones… a little less AI, a little less cartoon effect, and a lot more the three gorgeous gems, please. 🙏🏻 I’m 44, and I belong to the authenticity generation. I’m already struggling to keep up with all this new technology, so please just let me enjoy looking at my @GaryBarlow @OfficialMarkO #HowardDonald without having them morph into cartoon versions of themselves every few seconds! 😂 So, dear @takethat team : fewer cartoons, more real men.
