Yes, my only issue with this statement is that "well intentioned" is doing a lot of work. As we know in Massachusetts... much of today's exclusionary zoning was not implemented with the best of intentions.
@berkie1 @BarackObama they are not all well intentioned. They are heavily influenced by lobbying at the State and sometimes local level. That means often favor well off citizens housing wants/policy. Minnesota has done better than most with liberal zoning for apts and twin homes
