آج بی وائی سی رہنماؤں کے ضمانتوں کے لیے سپریم کورٹ میں دائر اپیل منظور ہوئی جبکہ عمر قید کے خلاف سنائی گئی سزا کے خلاف ہائی کورٹ نے کرمنل اپیل سماعت کے لیے منظور کر لی اور فریقین کو نوٹس جاری کر دیے ہیں۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی آج سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان نے بی وائی سی کے زیرِ حراست رہنماؤں کی ضمانت سے متعلق دائر تین درخواستوں کو سماعت کے لیے منظور کیا، جبکہ بلوچستان ہائی کورٹ میں ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ بلوچ اور شاہ جی صبغت اللہ بلوچ کو سنائی گئی عمر قید کی سزاؤں کے خلاف دائر سماعت کے لیے منظور کر لی ہے اور فریقین کو نوٹس جاری کر دیے ہیں۔ بی وائی سی رہنماوں کے کیسز میں اے ٹی سی کورٹ نے پہلے ہی فیس لیس ٹرائیل کے زریعے انصاف کو ہر صورت مسخ کیا ۔ ضمانتوں کے ایپلیکشن جھٹلائے، بغیر کوئی ثبوت ایک کیس میں عمر قید کی سزا سنائی گئی جبکہ دیگر کئی مقدمات فیس لیس کورٹ کی زریعے زیر سماعت ہے۔اب یہ انصاف کے حق سے جھٹلائے گیے کیسز ہائی کورٹ اور سپریم کورٹ میں زیر سماعت ہیں۔ ہم امید کرتے ہیں کہ سپریم کورٹ اور ہائی کورٹ کی عدالتی کارروائیاں آئین، قانون اور انصاف کے اصولوں کے مطابق مکمل غیر جانبداری کے ساتھ آگے بڑھیں گی۔ ہم ہائی کورٹ سے متوقع ہے کہ وہ جلد ہی عمر قید کے اس غیر قانونی فیصلے کو منسوخ کر کے انصاف کو قائم کریں گی، اور سپرئم کورٹ سے یہی توقع کرتے ہیں وہ ضمانتوں کے آئینی حق کا احترام کرتے ہوئے جلد رہنماؤں کی زیر سماعت ضمانت کی اپیلیں منظور کریں گی۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی ہر فورم پر اپنی جمہوری و آئینی جدوجہد جاری رکھے گی۔ ہمارے جدوجہد کا مقصد انصاف کو بطور مادی شے ڈھونڈنا نہیں بلکہ اپنے عمل کے زریعے ہر اس ادارے کو عیاں بھی کرنا ہے جو انصاف کی راہ میں رکاوٹ ہے۔ آج عدالتی غیر منصفانہ فیصلے صرف اس لیے نہیں کہ وہ بی وائی سی سے اختلاف رکھتے ہیں بلکہ اس لیے ہیں کہ وہ عام عوام کے لیے بھی غیر منصف ہے، یہ انصاف سے نفی کرتے کرتے اب خود انصاف کے طلبگار ہوچکے ہیں، نا یہاں آئین کے ساتھ انصاف ہو پارہا ہے نا میرٹ کے ساتھ۔ بی وائی سی اپنے جمہوری جدوجہد کو انصاف کے حصول تک برقرار رکھنے کا عزم کر چکی ہے، اور ہم عدالتوں میں بیٹھے ججوں کو بھی یہی کہتے ہے کہ بی وائی کی جدوجہد نسلوں کے لیے ہے۔ ان رہنماؤں کو سزا دیکر آپ اپنے نسلوں کو بھی دھوکہ دے رہے ہیں۔ انصاف کے حصول میں آپ صحیح فیصلہ کرکے نسلوں کے اس جدوجہد کر توا نا کرنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔

He was not produced before a court of law. Instead, he was extrajudicially killed the same day without being charged with any crime or given any opportunity to defend himself. His body was later handed over to his family with gunshot wounds, depriving his loved ones of the opportunity to see him alive again. Imam, an ordinary laborer earning a livelihood for his family, became another victim of the continuing cycle of unlawful killings targeting the Baloch people. The extrajudicial killing of Imam constitutes a serious violation of international human rights law, including Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (the right to life, liberty, and security of person) and Article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), which protects every human being's inherent right to life and prohibits the arbitrary deprivation of life. No individual may be deprived of life without due process and judicial safeguards. The international community and human rights organizations must urgently ensure accountability for these violations and press for independent investigations into extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, and other human rights violations in Balochistan. #StopBalochGenocide

PAKISTAN: Zubair Shah Agha, a core committee member of the Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM), was arbitrarily detained on 28 June after attending a press conference organized by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) in Quetta on the sentencing of Mahrang Baloch. He has since been held in administrative detention under section 3 of Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance (MPO). Zubair Agha's detention is the latest in a growing pattern of Pakistani authorities using administrative detention powers to arbitrarily deprive activists, journalists and human rights defenders of their liberty. Similar to Zubair, Syed Bibi Baloch was taken into administrative detention under MPO on 1 July in Turbat, Balochistan after a peaceful protest was announced regarding Mahrang’s sentencing. On 20 June, journalist Ahmad Farhad was also detained under MPO in Bagh, Pakistan-administered Jammu and Kashmir, where he remains in custody. Pakistani authorities must immediately release Zubair Shah Agha, Syed Bibi Baloch and Ahmad Farhad, and end the misuse of administrative detention laws to suppress peaceful dissent and uphold the rights to liberty, freedom of expression and peaceful assembly.
