@supermathskid @Luiseach @DDIGITALMEDIA I agree, but that's still the principle behind people spending money on the things; the difference is only the provenance. Like speculating on an "original" that someone will want more one day. And those people obviously have faith in the block chain. It's not for me at all.

@Luiseach @DDIGITALMEDIA It's easier to think of it in terms of a painting. There are millions of images of the Mona Lisa; you can just download them. But only one person/agency has the prestige of owning the original. No one would buy my download, only the original. Its the "prestige" of the shit apes.

I'm sure the vagueness of news/announcements about lockdown restrictions causes more anxiety for people than just outright statements; "has not been ruled out" is the most non-committal phrase. It's worth noting that a Godzilla rampage in Kettering "has not been ruled out".
