This isn’t a pivot. It’s a synthesis. Everything I know about research rigor and human systems feeds into how I design automation. I don't just know how to connect tools. I know why the system breaks in the first place, and how to build one that holds under pressure.
9 years of academic research. Over 10 published papers. A PhD in Human Resource Management. And for most of that time, I was working harder than I needed to. Why? Because I hadn’t built the right infrastructure. That changes today. 👇
