@GWRHelp what do I do to claim if I booked a trip from Bristol to London that had a 50% shorter train and half the people (inc. me) had to stand for the whole journey after booking a seat? Delay repay doesn't seem to offer this as an option that I can find??

@GWRHelp I just tried a [email protected] email and it won't accept it. So the form is clearly broken? I also tried to add (brackets) to the text field to explain my situation and it classes them as a "special character" hahahaha what a joke. What am I supposed to do now???

@GWRHelp It's genuinely embarrassing that this is the default experience. The thing is this along with the many other complaints won't do anything, will it? Just be marked against a disappointing NPS score and carry on. Full trains ≠ happy customers. Do better.

@GWRHelp can someone explain why when it's a few degrees hotter the whole infrastructure you overcharge for falls apart? I haven't been on an on-time train this week + 50% have been cancelled. It's an embarrassment. One even got cancelled because the "one in front was slow" 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

@GWRHelp And today's debacle - a train half the length it should be, with old people forced to stand with no seat reservations. After paying £80+ for a ticket. Surely we've got to do better here. Happens far too often to be reasonable or acceptable.

@GWRHelp Based on the expansion coefficient of rolled steel tracks, I have found that we should expect about a 1.3mm difference between 15° and 30°. If 1.3mm is enough to make things dangerous then surely we should be asking more about the margins of error in train travel at a core level?

@GWRHelp don't know if you have a credit/bonus system but the staff on the 10:30 BTM > PADD service today have been so great. Driver announcement super happy and "enjoy your adventure" was a nice touch. The trolley guy was awesome too - even told the loud folks in quiet to shh 🤌🏻
