Tehran woke up today under a black rain. Think about that sentence for a moment. Oil falling from the sky because storage facilities were bombed by Israel and America. Families waking up to toxic air and Children looking out windows at black rain. War crimes by pedophiles.

@mrousavy @valnil_ For me I’ve created a long term time-lapse app, and shutter speed is commonly used to create a milky effect when shooting fast moving objects like rivers and waterfalls. But I imagine others would benefit from it too for night photography, or moving lights in the dark

@mrousavy @valnil_ I have an unrelated question about vision camera. Do the low level libraries expose shutter speed? I haven’t found a library that allows seeing shutter speed

@mrousavy Just tested it, super smooth app, but I get insane flickers on 50fps, whereas 30fps work fine. Tested on iPhone 14 pro. Interesting how there’s no flicker when I point the camera at a screwn 🤷‍♂️

I had set up my phone to take a time-lapse of this cute #orchid blooming, but it crashed during video generation and lost all of the images. So I decided to make a Remote Timelapse app that lets you check on your video periodically, and adjust the focus and lighting remotely.
