We are delighted to announce that after this long hiatus, we have taken important steps towards rolling out VIT's 1st self-driving car. We will now be working to convert it into a self-driving van, a major step towards our vision of an accident free society @VIT_univ #automation

VIT now the 2nd Indian inst. to receive NVIDIA Drive AGX Pegasus, an In-Vehicle AI car computer built on 2 Xavier SoCs and NVIDIA Turing GPUs to develop robotaxi apps. We thank Dr PS Perumal, Asst Prof(Sr), ARC, whose continuous efforts & support made this possible. @VIT_univ #AI

Our first complete product, E-Auto is transformed from CNG to fully electric vehicle by us. With tailpipe emissions reduced to 0 & only 6 hours for full charge, the auto lasts a day. Soon to be autonomous, it will be the first driverless auto in India @VIT_univ #future #AI #Auto
