Now an agent deposits USDC once, then pays every request with a signed voucher. Arcus collects the vouchers and settles them on @arc in bulk. No per-call gas. No waiting on blocks. Every merchant on Arcus is now an onchain agent. All 56 are registered on the ERC-8004 Identity Registry on Arc Mainnet. Each one has an agent id, a hosted agent card, and its paid endpoints listed as services other agents can discover and pay. No directories to trust. No keys to hand out.
