No one: Terry Blacks BBQ: “we don’t pay our workers enough so we force you to tip 10% on online orders”
@anothercohen agreed. but also i've seen their now hiring pitmasters sign...$35/hr plus benefits.
@anothercohen I just went there about a month ago and did not see this. How new is it?
@anothercohen Terry Blacks is overrated in any case. Franklin, LeRoy & Lewis, Interstellar and La Barbecue all better.
@anothercohen Top question is rhetorical. Should read “how much would you like to tip?’ Very curious who gets these generic tips. Shared among staff? People who hand you the food have the best job in the house? Manager keeps it?
@anothercohen A nice law would be that the menu prices must reflect default tip or minimum displayed tip option on tip screens and receipts
@anothercohen How is it legal to force a tip? It’s called “gratuity”
@anothercohen They should really slap on an extra $25 resort fee if you dine in
@anothercohen They're doing this crap a lot of places now. It's not a tip if it's mandatory.
@anothercohen Never heard of them but
