Gender-critical beliefs are protected under the Equality Act 2010 and that protection was reaffirmed by last year’s landmark Supreme Court ruling, which held that “sex” is determined by biology, not gender identity. Despite this, the single largest category of cases handled by the Free Speech Union involves people who have been silenced or punished for holding and expressing gender-critical beliefs. What should concern us all is the growing trend of a small number of militant trans activists, such as Lynsay Watson, who either cannot comprehend the law or choose to ignore it, submitting vexatious complaints to the police in a sinister attempt to silence those who do not subscribe to their worldview. For too long, the police have kowtowed to this censorious mob, allowing them to intimidate people for expressing their lawful views. This madness must end.

Instead, adult transvestites like Fred are willing to destroy the intellectual and sexual futures of dysphoric children, just to make it a little easier for said children to one day pass as the opposite sex. Let us be frank. This desire has absolutely nothing to do with “protecting trans kids.”Instead, it is a sad and desperate attempt to live vicariously through these children, and to reclaim a mythical lost “girlhood” these men are obsessed with. By castrating boys and blocking their mental and physical development, these men can use them to enjoy at a remove the fantasy of passing as women — an experience Fred himself will certainly never have — while ensuring they transition, keeping trans numbers artificially high. Fred and his buddies are willing to destroy these children in order to transform them into “dolls,” because to them, the only thing that matters is the all-consuming fetish. Everything else - intellect, emotional maturity, physical health, bone density - can be thrown away like trash if it means a boy might grow up to look a little bit more like a girl. It’s a sickness: an obsession that fills their every waking moment. They think about it all the time, and make no mistake — it gets them off to think about boys being feminized. It’s a sexual fantasy for them, to push blockers and hormones on young boys. @WomenReadWomen has spent years exposing this aspect of gender ideology, and the rot goes all the way to the top of WPATH. Children are far too young to fully understand the consequences of taking puberty blockers. No nine year old can consent to being castrated, sterilized, and damaged intellectually, and blockers have been shown to cause a 10-15 point drop in IQ. Any other medication would immediately be banned for use in children with the data that’s come back, but the trans lobby has put all its weight behind pushing their use. Now we know why.

Possibly, as Minister for Health, James Murray could compel the adult gender clinics to hand over the data they refused to give to Cass. We might then find out just how much benefit these interventions confer long term, without needing to perform experiments on children too young to give meaningful consent. Read the testimony of the ever-expanding numbers of detransitioners. Grasp that these young people, many of them extremely vulnerable - autistic, care-experienced, abuse survivors, same-sex attracted in unsupportive families - have been irreparably harmed, left with their fertility destroyed, unending medical complications and profound psychological damage. This is a medical scandal of epic proportions and people of power and influence are still too frightened of trans activists and trans lobby groups to do the right thing and put an end to the insanity. To men who identify as women: Just because a woman doesn’t object to your presence in a female-only space, that doesn’t mean she’s comfortable with it, or that she doesn’t know you’re a man. I know a lot of you think you pass because no one says anything, but you don’t. Women are just too polite - or too afraid - to call you out and tell you to leave. And who can blame us? Women have been brutally assaulted on multiple occasions for trying to stand up to a male trespasser, and are regularly threatened with rape and death by trans people online. Moreover, there’s a solid chance that even if we do say something, we’ll get zero support from the management of whatever establishment we’re in, because they’re all afraid of getting mobs of angry protesters outside their business if they side with common decency. These spaces are ours. They exist for our safety, and to protect us from sexual exploitation by giving us privacy while we conduct intimate bodily functions. Your presence in them negates their usefulness, and strips us of the protections they once offered, putting women and girls at risk of assault and violation. Whether we say it or not, whether we comment or not, we all know that you’re a man, and we do not want you in women’s spaces, no matter what lip service some of us may feel forced to pay. If you were really women on the inside - or even saw women as human beings - then the last thing you’d do would be to bring your male body into female-only spaces, knowing - and you do know this - that you are making women uncomfortable and afraid. Your staggering lack of empathy and your refusal to listen to any voices that don’t tell you that you’re entitled to do exactly as you please have blinded you to the fact that you are unwelcome trespassers who destroy the sense of safety that women have in these spaces. Your utter disregard for the needs and feelings of the actual women to whom these spaces belong is beyond comprehension: the selfishness is astounding, the entitlement stunning. Women make up 51% of the population, but you think that your 1.6% should be thought of first and foremost, and given anything it demands, no matter how much harm it does to women and girls. Women deserve to be seen as human beings, not a costume, or a set of stereotypical behaviors and preferences.

Dear Lush (cc Chelmsford City Council), As a woman who had half a breast removed last year due to cancer, I am writing to raise my concerns about your “Proud of My Stripes” window display. I am also, on behalf of other women who have experienced breast cancer, respectfully requesting its removal. Because mastectomies are not a fashion statement, an identity marker or something to be celebrated. They are something women undergo because they are ill, because they are frightened, because they are trying to stay alive. Around 59,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK every year. Many will undergo surgery - a mastectomy, lumpectomy or other procedure. Others choose preventive mastectomies because they carry a high-risk BRCA gene mutation. If a woman chooses to have her breasts removed to affirm a gender identity, that is her personal choice. I honestly don’t know the number of women who have elective mastectomies for this reason. What I do know is that it is a tiny number compared with those for whom breast surgery is medically necessary and not something to be celebrated. I think I speak for many women who have experienced breast cancer - and for their families - when I say this: Breast removal surgery is not something I regard as cute, playful or empowering. Nor is it something I believe retailers should be celebrating. For that reason, I am requesting that the display be removed and that @ChelmsCouncil apologise for promoting it on social media. Kirralie Smith (@KirralieS) is in court today to appeal a vilification decision and $95,000 in damages. Kirralie was bringing attention to the *fact* there are biological men in a women’s soccer team, and they sued her. It has since been revealed that the women in the women’s soccer league have been told they will be punished if they so much as walk off the field when a man [who claims to be a woman] is on it. The destruction of women’s rights have long been the canary in the coal mine of gender ideology, and Kirralie is being used as the example to scare other women into submission. But it isn’t just women’s rights that gender ideology destroys: it’s freedom of belief & freedom on speech, the absolute bedrock of a free society.
