By 2050, 6⃣billion people will face water scarcity due to #climatechange, #pollution & increasingly unsustainable consumption and production. Water affects everyone & so everyone needs to take #WaterAction. #WorldWaterDay
@andersen_inger Read earlier today that in the U.K. or toilet flush systems leak, and waste 400 million litres of water per DAY..! And nothing’s done about it! We still flush toilets with drinking water, even for brand new houses! Insane.
@andersen_inger Why does the UN hold poor nations hostage, not letting people come in and solve these problems? Is it because you’re evil or just greedy?
@andersen_inger Ridiculous fear mongering. There is roughly 2 billion today that have access to scarce supplies for either energy and water. Reality is that water desalinisation, nuclear energy, and natural gas where it is a better fit will resolve the water and energy issues.
@andersen_inger How the hell do you come up with these numbers? Out of a hat?
@andersen_inger @MumClimate These will sell well source.co//
@andersen_inger What utter lies , try backing up any of this #ClimateScam with actual facts . Shame on you .
@andersen_inger Very true Inger Andersen. great sensitization message.
@andersen_inger @SaleemulHuq Some residents of Geylab Village in Modogashe, Garissa County, fetch water on from one of the few remaining wells that have not completely dried up due to the ravaging drought. They have appealed for immediate food and water assistance from the international community.
@andersen_inger No, people won't be facing groundwater shortages because of AGW, they are facing water shortages from greater and greater use of water thanks to a growing population and development.
