As I began to ramp up my own training and practice at home, I felt a sharp pain in my left Achilles, which was deemed to be ruptured. This morning, Dr. Charlton Stucken of Hospital for Special Surgery in West Palm Beach, Florida performed a minimally-invasive Achilles tendon repair for a ruptured tendon. "The surgery went smoothly, and we expect a full recovery," added Dr. Stucken. I am back home now and plan to focus on my recovery and rehab, thank you for all the support.

Microsoft is rolling out a new update that brings Android screen mirroring directly into the Windows 11 Start menu. You no longer need to open the Phone Link app, just click on your phone's name or picture in the Start panel to mirror your screen. The Start menu’s right side now also shows recent calls, messages, and notifications from your phone. iPhone users still get fewer features due to Apple’s restrictions, with no support for screen mirroring or app streaming. The update is live for Windows Insiders and will reach everyone by the end of June 2025 (hopefully).
