@BhansaliPurnima @bookingcom Yes booking.com doesn't help you in any way. They would ask you to DM so that all their conversations are not seen by the public and would never even try to solve the problem

@bookingcom @AsifBanoth Asif their customer service and portal is really bad. They have given 3 star rating to Mappletreeinn Bangalore Panathur as well but it's really bad with lizards and many more problems

@bookingcom @LaurenJepson1 Ya a similar case have happened to me as well. They don't refund any amount and just to protect themselves and their hotel claims you could have left. Pathetic service

They have hidden CCTV cameras in the room which we discovered today only and my sister decided to leave and the sales person is disturbing both of us from evening. They don't have any privacy

Also a lot of other problems were there Bad breakfast No cleaning Broken mirror Earlier shifted to a very small room rather than the suite we ordered. Had a very horrible experience with them

Reporting this on consumer forum as well , against both booking.com and mapple tree inn. I have some screenshots for the mapple tree executive who himself said we have hidden CCTV cameras , and is abusing and harassing both of us

They are literally harassing us and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Have cancelled the booking on booking.com as well and they are claiming 14k cancellation charge as well.
