BBC’s own complaints unit admitted there’s almost zero evidence. Tiny case studies, and no long-term safety data. It’s milk from a MALE body pumped full of estrogen, progesterone and heart-risk drugs (domperidone). Real breast milk comes from a mother’s body after pregnancy, evolved over millions of years.
