@locastro_j30865 I just see wiggles 😜 The kinds you would expect with very minor sloughing, and/or hurricanes slamming into ranges near the coast line, lunisolar torque nulls, and the sort. I still expect it to turn down soon and draw a tighter path. In fact, I bet a dollar it would!
@d50f86015b7948a What drift? Credit @zachariaspro
@d50f86015b7948a Why Dec? x.com/ahfultz/status…
@tigers4prez @PersTransient 1) Noah happened late fall. 2) If there is a solar tidal force component to the event (eg. max orthogonality on the Kalahari Craton or African LLSVP), that happens mid Dec. 3) A huge hook late Dec 2025. 4) Max net ice mass (slightly negatively affecting mantle MoI) late fall.
@KuerschnerDirk Because the earth suffers from a recurring ~6500y IITPW. You know the last one as Noah's Flood. Younger Dryas before that, and more. Basically the graph will show an accelerating polar motion which might give some folk time to seek shelter from the IITPW: x.com/junhoBTC/statu…
Song 2 out of 3 in my ECDOsim production movie, rendered in only 1080p 16fps. Small enough to fit on X
@CarlWill1 Well, rule is when you make a statement like that here, you gotta back it up 🤪 So, why soon, and how worse?
@EhPolitica44128 Well, it's gonna flip "sideways" but I understand how you feel. Unfortunately it's going to get much, much worse before the IITPW 🫤
@randallwcarlson This is meme about Khafre. Limestone looting vs dissolution. If you can see the limestone was dissolved you must ask how? During an IITPW, and with the subsequent assist of isostatic rebalancing at the new latitude, SEA water rose to the waterline and dissolved the limestone!

@PersTransient Correction: [..and shifts RIGHT...]
@PersTransient Maybe. It's turning up ever so slowly, but I'm of the school of thought that says it turns down and reveals a tighter coil, and faster drift, so the "circle" is smaller and shifts left and maybe a bit down (which we won't see for a few months). Still watching Dec like a hawk 😶
@momkat51 @welchkristina @HamtasticVoyage Ptolemy yes, his geocentric model of mars, no 😜 It's a great example of a successful predictive model with completely wrong assumptions 😉
@momkat51 @welchkristina @HamtasticVoyage Well, not Ptolemy’s geocentric model of Mars 🙃
@momkat51 @welchkristina @HamtasticVoyage Okay, but just ask about Ptolemy’s geocentric model of Mars which could predict but was totally wrong on its assumptions as Copernicus showed 😈
@momkat51 @welchkristina @HamtasticVoyage Just ask about Ptolemy’s geocentric model of Mars which could predict but was totally wrong on its assumptions as Copernicus showed 😈
@momkat51 @welchkristina @HamtasticVoyage predictive success doesn’t prove your assumptions are right. A model can forecast well while being built on a wrong foundation
