Current US e-commerce return policies are not sustainable. I love our customers and we have an "innocent until PROVEN guilty" policy when it comes to returns and refunds, but the level of fraud in returns has increased significantly.

@Molson_Hart This is why e-commerce is smaller in LATAM. As we continue moving towards a low-trusted society, the e-commerce business becomes more difficult. Try to have UPS deliver 1000s of dollars in merchandise across any LATAM city. Even the driver will get kidnapped.
