I have 3: Bills should have a single subject. The south Platte canal isn’t worth $1 billion. And the state constitution has to be amended before appropriating money to non-public schools.
Money for vouchers comes from the general fund. Homestead exemption comes from the general fund. They voted down giving more money to disabled veterans through homestead earlier tonight so they could give it to wealthy private school parents. That's on brand. #Neleg
