Nearly done for the day so here's my last tweet. Thanks to everyone for following me this week. Good luck to any future apprenctices!
Just advised a tenant on building and extension issues. Lots of different types of calls today. Interesting.
Had a very busy morning but it has quietened down a lot now. Easing in to the week end nicely.

A tenant just requested a no. for our tile supplier; he likes their tiles & wants them fitted at his mother's home. A satisfied customer!
Job done. Now im going to go to subway around the corner for dinner and then back on the phones this afternoon.
LOL could have made that clearer - jobs that involve internal blockages eg toilets, sinks tenants may be recharged dependent on the cause

Today I am working with the quick response team leader gathering the data on all of the blockage jobs that we have attended recently.

The surveys are going well, most tenants that I have asked to do it have obliged so not many to go now until the target is met.
Interesting job today. Gathering valuable customer satisfaction data about the service that is provided here in repairs management centre.
