@NotLizBrody What does the front foot elevation do here? Does it create some bias towards the glute or something?
@adkravetz Elevating the front foot can help ppl to learn to be more vertical in a split squat bc it shifts your center of mass back. You can make it more glute-y or quad-y based on how you move the front knee and how you load it!
