This is disgraceful! @nikitabier You haven't answered my question for over three weeks! There's not even a preliminary response to the problem. The premium account now doesn't respond to messages at all. If there's no point in using any support at all, then why should I buy premium? It's largely lost. This is talk for the poor. Ultimately, Monad is a business with investments from large funds, and they want to make a profit, and the Monad team wants to ensure it.
