The smartest money in AI right now owns zero GPUs. This week tens of billions got committed to AI data centers and chips. Everyone is buying the picks and shovels. I run a 13-person company across four markets. We own none of it. We rent it by the token. Compute is becoming a commodity. Cheaper every quarter, no pricing power. The margin lives one layer up, in the system that turns cheap intelligence into a result a client pays for. You do not need a gigawatt of power for that. You need judgment and a tight system. If intelligence keeps getting cheaper, what is your business actually charging for?
