I don’t know how I made a video every day on YouTube for 3 years from 2017 to 2019 At one point I made daily videos… did 3 separate podcasts a week, went live on IG everyday and also wrote 6 emails a week Looking back now like how tf did I manage all that?
I’ve been making 5 videos a week for like 6 months now And I think I need to take a step back for a week or two to take 2 steps forward Im like 5 weeks ahead so no one will notice but feeling I need to go inwards for a bit to gain the inspiration for fresh new content🔥
I have yet to adjust to central time here in Texas… I was born in PST and I think my body is wired to it for life
it takes vulnerability to ask that person out it takes vulnerability to express how you feel it takes vulnerability to set boundaries and the result... a more free and empowered YOU who is not ran by the past
vulnerability is not a weakness it is a strength it is the ability to show the real you people pleasing and being a "nice" person is the opposite of vulnerability it is a way of avoiding tension and is a desire to get the unmet needs of validation and approval met
sharing how you feel with others usually brings a new level of connection and understanding vulnerability is attractive because its REAL and people feel that
The ability to say “no” is directly correlated to ones sense of self worth The more you value yourself, the less willing you are to give up your frame to make others happy
Meaning in life is up to you. I know, it may scary to know that... But it’s also one of the most liberating and freeing realizations there is. That’s how powerful you really are ⚡️🕊️
When something happens in life that appears to be negative I look at it and choose to give it a new meaning. Lost a job? Maybe you are gaining new insight or motivation to go for your passion.
One of the biggest shifts I’ve experienced in my life is choosing to give things in life a new meaning. When I started to change the way I saw my past… I became free of it. Simply because I changed the meaning and saw how my past led me to more growth.
One of the most empowering (yet scary) truths of our reality is that things in life do not have any built in meaning. WE give things meaning. A rainy day is neither a positive thing nor a negative thing… how you feel about a rainy day depends on the meaning you give it.

In realizing that the things that happened to us as kids had nothing to do with us being unworthy, we then remove the shame from the identity. YOU are worthy and can release the shame with awareness and choice ⚡🕊️
Shame blocks love from coming into our lives and has us feeling inferior to others. The cure to shame is vulnerability and bringing the emotion to the surface with awareness.
One of the biggest blocks to self-love (and attracting love) is the emotion of shame which is an identity based feeling. This emotion is generated by the belief that we are not enough or there is something wrong with us...normally stemming from an internalized childhood wound...
⚡️High Vibe Thought of the Day⚡️ The key to vibrational resonance is making it “natural” for you... want something too much and you push it away energetically insisting on the outcome infuses resistance into the equation that results with blocks and a bumpy ride
BEING it means be present while you are wiring in the way you prefer to be knowing it’s who you are and prefer to be As it becomes “natural” you’ll see reality begin to reflect that. Just BE it :) 🕊️
