@aDissentient That was always the plan. It is a classic government ploy: unpopular policy is implemented on a verbal promise it will be temporary but with no legislated expiry date and then they become defacto permanent.

Seeing the Renewable Industry fail would have been too much of a a blow to her political pride given how much she initially supported it.
