@SamToldMe How do you prepare yours? I do 2 tbsps + 2 cups of oat milk + dairy creamer. (I'm guessing on the oat milk measurement.)
@_onceuponaDIME I just put a little cinnamon in that mug when I’m feeling frisky, then followed by a dollop of oat milk, steamed. Makes me feel a little fancy.
@SamToldMe I'm over here drowning it oat milk 🥴 I heat the ryze and oat milk on the stove, but I may need to try a smoothie recipe.
@_onceuponaDIME Maybe you like the zesty taste of caffeine? Studies have shown that this is definitely a factor babes. I stuck with it bc it made me not feel super antsy throughout the day. I still have Starbucks but only once a week bc ryze is so easy.
@SamToldMe That may be it, bc I love tea as well. I'm actually not a huge coffee drinker. I add coffee to my creamer, if you get what I mean. I bought the mushroom coffee for my digestive issues and not as a coffee replacement.
