80% of the problems you face as a business owner are repetitive and recurring. You shouldn't be solving the same problem from scratch every time. You should be creating protocols. • Client engagement drops → protocol • Client misses review deadlines → protocol • Client ghosts calls for 2 weeks → protocol Once you realize most of your problems are predictable, you stop wasting mental capacity on guesswork. I told her that the fear, the doubt, the pressure of not wanting to let people down is the best motivation you will ever have. Use it, let it light a fire, and leave nothing on the table. Trying to reason your way out of being afraid is the most harmful thing you can do to yourself.

There's never been a better time to post content as a founder. Which is why I am excited to finally publicly talk about a project we have been working on. Over the last 4 years, the big bet we've taken has been around how powerful personal branding is: We've created: 1. 100,000+ content pieces 2. Millions and millions of impressions 3. Millions of dollars in revenue online 4. 400 of the best founders and CEOs personal brands in the world And we just did something with everything we've learned. While building all of that, we were also building an AI ecosystem to run it that includes Agents for: -> Strategy -> Topics -> Writing -> Optimization These are live across dozens of founder accounts right now. And because it's watching all of those accounts at once, it catches anomalies and patterns that no single founder could ever see on their own. A valuable life is rooted in discomfort. Not hardship, and you can build a life that constantly pushes you without building a life that constantly punishes you. I'm moving to a new city in a few weeks where I know maybe two people. I've traveled solo, spent a month alone in Europe, and that felt like freedom. This feels different. Europe was a world away from my original life. This move puts me ~800 miles from home, close enough to still see everything I'm leaving but far enough that I'm not part of it anymore. That specific feeling is uncomfortable in a way that's hard to describe but that's the entire point. Discomfort is a choice. Hardship isn't.

My most reliable friends were also the BIGGEST degenerates in college. Out til 3am, locked in by 10, running events by afternoon. I never once had to wonder if these people would show up for me because I'd already watched them go absolutely ham at everything else. Same people, same energy, didn't matter what it was for. Definitely not your '8-step morning routine' types. best people I've ever met.
