Who has fully realized that history is not contained in thick books but lives in our very blood? It is in our DNA. It is within our collective knowledge of the past that is embedded deep within our minds; to tap on that knowledge would make a person reach its most powerful form.

The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. For to be one with yourself would mean accepting your past, how it affected you, facing it and loving that side of yourself that you do not show to other people. Do not get lost in the personas you have created.

I would like to note that mikrokosmos, in relation to the jungian theory, can be an explanation of the human's collective unconsciousness in which humans, regardless of the culture they are in, have ome world inside every one of us and the reason behind unity. #PersonaTracklist

As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light of meaning in the darkness of mere being. No one can truly absolutely explain what existence, but to find meaning in the things that we personally find relevant can give us hope to live.

There is no coming to consciousness without pain. Realizing the things that you repressed once, unravelling them, and accepting them as a part of you is a step to loving yourself. Taking time to arriving to this state is on one's term.
