@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I'm constantly surprised by how often your tech fail me. Your online portal is often down and I can't do any online banking. OTPs don't get delivered to my phone. Its honestly pathetic to see how little you actually care about your customer experience.

@searls @SlackHQ It’s true. Tools like Slack are designed to make you spend MORE time using them. Whereas @zulip gives you more free time by making asynchronous communication easier while still giving you more contextual information about a conversation.

2019 and @SkypeBusiness is useless to send some lines of code to a colleague (23 lines here). Workaround, we use an underground installation of @zulip which is awesome or some people send emails.
