Just remember - In order to get good at trading, you need to do it as a practice it for a long enough that it would be unreasonable for you to still be bad at it. The question then becomes not if, but when, you will make it work. Only you can decide what that process costs $$
The best way to manage your emotions and optimise the benefits of trading is to just set your trades using limit orders/OCO and walking away. You don’t have to manage the emotions if you avoid the triggers in the first place 👍🏻

IF my first trade is green I am done for the day IF my second trade is red I am done for the day If I lose 3 in a row I tend to drain my mental capital. So I don't allow myself to take that many losses in a session Good risk management is a mostly proactive choice
For the last 1.5 months I have been backtesting every day…a lot, after 2 jobs. I have 110 backtested trades, 65% winrate with 1:1 R/R ratio. I know how to bump to 69%, but taking fewer trades.
