$BRUN dropped 19% friday and the people telling you to buy the dip are looking at the chart instead of the tape. the flow says something very different. first, what this company actually is. boost run rents GPU compute. that's it. they don't own the power, they lease the data centers (rented colocation), and they lease the chips themselves. their entire pitch is a $940M contracted backlog and a $1.44B dell hardware deal, both of which depend on someone else's balance sheet to fund. trailing revenue is $26.9M. they lost $16M last year. the stock trades north of 35x sales on that, and a clean DCF puts fair value near $3 against a $29 print. now the flow. net premium closed -$1.4M on the day NOPE collapsed from 24 to 4 into the bell directional delta -136K and bleeding all session the biggest single bet on the board was a -$1.3M block on the june 18 expiry here is the part nobody on the timeline is saying. this was not shorts attacking. short volume ratio was 0.36 and FADING from 0.64 two weeks ago. borrow availability tightened. that means shorts were COVERING into the drop, not pressing it. so who was selling? longs. call holders. the people who were early and are now getting out. a position unwind is very different from a panic you fade. and there's a clock ticking. the SPAC lockup early-release condition is already met (stock has been miles above the $12 trigger since day one). insiders received stock at $10. they're sitting on a 3x. that supply can start hitting the market into november and they have every reason to sell it. front month IV is 185%. but realized is 186%. vol is not expensive here, the stock genuinely moves this much, which means both tails are live and this is a coin flip with a huge radius, not a setup. the news is the exit. the flow was the entry, and friday the flow walked out the door. the data said distribution. we listened. $AVGO printed a monster quarter and fell 8%. if you only read the income statement you'd be confused. read the gamma chart and it makes complete sense. the print first. Q2 revenue $22.19B, up 48% year over year. non-GAAP EPS $2.44, a beat. Q3 guide $29.4B, up 84%. AI semi revenue $10.8B, up 143%. they beat, they guided above, they reaffirmed $56B in AI for the year and stuck to over $100B for 2027. so why the dump? they reaffirmed the AI number instead of raising it. that's it. the stock was priced for a raise. it didn't come. the money that was long the raise left. here's the mechanical part most people miss. dealers are in negative gamma and the tape is flagged AMPLIFYING. that's the whole move. when dealers are short gamma they sell into weakness and buy into strength to stay hedged, so a normal post-earnings fade turns into an air pocket. spot is pinned between the accel-down level at $380 and accel-up at $400, with the put wall sitting at $360. and the flow is not pretending otherwise: net premium -$49.8M on the day net call premium -$58.2M dir delta bled to -1.3M into the close that is real de-risking. i'm not going to dress it up as accumulation. the people who owned this into the print were trimming and hedging on the way down. but here's the read. that's positioning unwinding, not the business breaking. a 48% grower selling custom AI silicon to google, meta, anthropic and openai got thrown out on the technicality that the beat wasn't bigger. Morningstar fair value is $486. it closed near $479 the day before earnings and it's in the $380s now. the levels that matter from here: lose $380 and the air pocket extends toward the $360 put wall. reclaim $400 and the same negative gamma that drove it down whips it back up just as fast. next catalyst is the September 3 print. structural AI capex doesn't reverse in one quarter. the news was the exit. the entry is whenever the forced sellers are done. i took a few on friday as an entry and will keep you all updated.

the vol surface backs it up. front month sitting at 185% IV with realized at 186%. you are not getting paid to sell this and you are paying full freight to buy it. backwardated the whole way out. the market is pricing the event risk in the front and fading it down the curve. heavy put skew on the june 18 tenor. downside is the bid.

$IMSR closed down 13.5% today and the options flow did the exact opposite of the tape. that gap is the whole post. calls traded 13,831 contracts for $1.01M in premium. puts traded 1,309 for $117K. that is nearly a 10 to 1 premium skew toward calls on a red day. and the heaviest green print of the entire session hit in the final five minutes, a single spike north of 3,000 contracts into the close. somebody wanted that position before the bell, not after. people sold the stock today. somebody bought the upside. here is why I think they are right. in May, Terrestrial signed an MOU with $RIOT to co-locate its molten salt reactors next to data centers. up to 4GW of nuclear pointed straight at AI compute demand. that is the re-rate story. the names hyperscalers can’t power fast enough are the ones that move. I added more shares at $7.57 today. small size on purpose. this is a long-duration position, not a swing. the risk is honest: zero revenue, accelerating cash burn, and a runway that needs billions in project finance or dilution before 2029. you do not size this like a conviction swing. you size it like an option on the regulatory path. happy to continue to add on dips, that’s how you get a better average. not everything is a one shot wonder. and the path is moving. NRC approved the PIE methodology and issued a Safety Evaluation Report in Q1. those are real boxes a Gen IV reactor checks on the road to commercial. analyst target sits at $13.50 against a $7.37 print. that is the kind of asymmetry you take in small size and forget about. the tape sold. the flow accumulated. I’m with the flow.
