.@AerLingus You should be ashamed of yourselves. Cancelled my flight to BHX from BHD 3 hours before take off. Refused to help me and operator told me to get a train not realising I need to go over water. You then rebooked me on a flight 4 days later without my approval.

Was told by your own operators I could claim yet the process is convoluted and you will not help. In fact being blamed. Am currently extremely out of pocket and distressed. Yet you don’t care. On the other hand, thank you @easyJet for being helpful and getting us home.

@MrSamOSullivan @mischiefcomedy I went to see this a few weeks ago and it was hysterical. Took my dad as a Christmas present to him and he laughed so hard. So an enjoyable show.
