Why do I keep buying stuff from @AmazonUK and expect them to actually complete a delivery!? Lost count of how many of my parcels don't arrive because of a problem locating my address, but all of my partners deliveries arrive with no issues!

@AmazonHelp 3rd time my parcel has tried to be delivered to the wrong address. Why don't your drivers read the delivery instructions?? I won't be using Amazon anymore. Why should I give you my money if you can't complete a simple delivery or follow simple instructions?? RIDICULOUS.

@AmazonHelp I have and I've been told to wait another 48 hrs to see if it magically turns up, even though my app says the parcel has been handed to resident 🤦‍♀️😂

@AmazonHelp I've had an email saying the driver couldn't locate my address, yet again, even though I've updated delivery instructions numerous times. It's ridiculous. I don't understand how amazon can be worth billions if they can't complete simple deliveries.

@UberEats why would you tease me and post a flyer through my door telling my you'd arrived in my area, but when I download the app no one will actually deliver to me 😭 Would have been a nice isolation treat for me and the other half!

A very scary few days and we're still not out of the woods yet. 8 more days in isolation, 8 more days in seperate rooms only seeing each other to drop off food or drinks. Covid is not a joke and is not something other people get. Everyone is at risk.

Last chance for @AmazonUK to deliver my parcel today. If it doesn't arrived but claims to have been delivered, that will be the third lost parcel in as many weeks and I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail tried calling but wait time over 50 minutes. Package was "delivered" on the 30th but I haven't received it (not with a neighbour or in a safe place, no red card through the door) can someone help? I have a tracking number. Thanks.
