There’s a lot more that goes into it but these are few that cannot be missed.
7. Overall Feel When seeing you final thing, it has to feel like everything is part of the ad and was always there. Slightly miss spacings, add a too intense shadow, wrong colors and this feel just isn’t there. This is why everything that you are adding on the ad has to be subtle and not really visible unless you want it to.
Alright, if you design statics ads then this is for you. Seeing too many designers self sabotaging themselves by forgetting the basic fundamentals of design, so let’s start from the basics. A static ad has one and singular job(you would be unemployed if not for this): transfer a message in a visually satisfying way to your specific customer. What appeals to a 25-year-old founder isn't what appeals to a 60-year-old woman with joint pain. For a messaging to transfer from you to the viewer(within couple seconds you get on meta to catch them) the design has to be EASILY DIGESTIBLE, and nothing more. Digestible and eye satisfying for the customer you’re targeting. Rest is extra. To achieve the above there’s a few things you gotta have in mind when designing:
