I get an astronomy magazine from the US every month. It got lost in the postal system once and they sent a free replacement copy via courier. Let’s just say I asked the courier company to abandon the package because of all the documents, letters, and the customs duty they asked.

Since the Customs department is in the news, I thought I'd tell a Customs story. A friend of mine got a book from abroad, sent to him by the author. It was addressed to him as Mr. Surname (since the actual name isn't relevant to this story). The customs sought an ID from him

@ZeptoNow tries to make money through all these silly tricks and just end up losing trust and goodwill. Switched to another quick commerce app after they sent a product that was 10 days past its expiry date.
