I like to think that any delay or inconvenience is God’s way of protecting me from something I don’t know about.
Basically, you gotta break your dream down into little things you can do everyday, every week, every month to make it feel possible. Don’t overwhelm yourself with big goals/intentions that ignore where you are right now.

What I wish all females knew about lifting: -you won’t look bulky -you will look leaner -your injury risk ⬇️ -confidence ⬆️ -performance ⬆️ -being stronger makes things easier -if you can outlift a boy? Good. -callouses are badges of honor
