That’s where we should start our discussion about ETH. And I'm with Martin on this: ETH isn't money. Neither is BTC, for that matter. I believe the worst thing that can happen to any asset is for it to be adopted as money. When that happens, it loses its connection to real valuation and introduces significant instability for the future. I'm convinced that blockchain technology, coupled with a user-friendly experience, has the potential to eliminate the concept of money as we know it. Imagine a future where everyone holds assets they consider the best store of value—be it the S&P 500, gold, or anything else—and can automatically convert these assets to whatever the seller prefers during a transaction. We must avoid creating a new deity, akin to our current fiat currencies. Instead, our goal should be to forge an efficient economy. Relying on money as memes creates 'value' out of thin air, which is unsustainable.
