@AvantiWestCoast We were coming from Manchester but TPE had delayed us! We’re in a taxi now and are due in less than 5 minutes after departure time! If not is it possible to use advance tickets on the next service? Thanks

Hi @LNER I put in a refund request for a ticket I had incorrectly purchased straight after the booking so within the 2 hours. It says refund requested, is this normal? I don’t mind waiting just don’t want to be charged for a ticket I’m not going to use!
