In March, I attended the first conference organized by Woman for Quantum *W4Q* in Mallorca. The attendees were amazing, and the conference raised important questions about gender equality in science.
In March, DPG took place in beautiful Dresden 🇩🇪. The program was so packed that I have a section of notes entitled "Interesting Talks I Missed" (due to scheduling conflicts, I might add). A small detour to see Egon Schiele - and why not La Clemenza di Tito- was also appreciated!

Our new ArXiV is out! arxiv.org/abs/2502.08546 Here we study the effect of finite pulse irradiation on TMDs, employing the Floquet t-t' formalism. We prove that the circular dichroism is obtained in Floquet-like sidebands even if short pulses are considered. 👏Alejandro Gomez!
