Tesla is now launching the ability to order food on your vehicle touchscreen to pick up upon arrival at a Supercharger These are the kind of integrations I've been begging them to do for years. FSD will become a massive e-commerce platform.
@WholeMarsBlog McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Wataburger, In-N-Out, everyone needs to do this.
@WholeMarsBlog wait you’re kidding me right? could you share the source? @CernBasher
Imagine, going on a roadtrip in a Robotaxi, that is much longer than the Range of this car. After 2-3h of Driving, you get hungry. You order your food for the next Superchrger you would pass. While you get and take your food, an Optimus Bot takes all your luggage and puts it into a car with more range for your next stint. When you come back, your Family and your luggage is already in the next car with a 100% full battery, that could take you 300-500 miles further. As an alternative: You arrive and the Robotaxi puts itself on a wireless charging pad and wishes you a great lunch. When you come back, it got another 200-300 miles back in its battery and you can get driven to your destination while you play with your kids, watch netflix, work or read a book! Its not as far away than many think right now IMO.
@WholeMarsBlog That’s what I’m talking about! 👍 this will be a crowd pleaser for certain.
@WholeMarsBlog Yeah!!! This is awesome! The kids are going to love this and so will I! No more trying to negotiate what everyone wants…they can order it themselves! Love it!
@WholeMarsBlog I know this has probably been asked and answered but I haven’t seen it; Has there been discussion about garbage/recycling bins being put at Supercharger locals? It would likely add costs? Bathrooms would be pretty sweet too but that’s a can of worms.
