🌟Judgement vs. Discernment🌟 What the difference? If you want punishment or view the person as somehow inhuman, that's judgement. If you want to solve the problem, that's discernment. Discernment involves accountability for all parties involved.

🌟Training🌟 Spiritual awakening is about healing traumas so the triggers disappear. Why is this important? Most emotional manipulation (control) results as a direct result of people using their emotional triggers against them (pushing their buttons).
When you absorb a lot of negativity from others, alone time is the only respite. When you're the one trying to pass the negativity to others, you need someone to pass it to.

@WhiteSquallQ2 Love, my heart is currently in little tiny pieces floating around my chest. I've honestly never been as hurt, but I've wollowed, and I will not be defeated by it. I'm turning all my pain and rage into something productive. I will not be bloody defeated and neither will you.
@WhiteSquallQ2 It does, it's an adjustment crisis. Once you've ridden that wave a few times you recognise it for what it is. It passes quicker too, the further on you go. Still sucks though.
I'm having a wobble, I'm not sure I've felt this low in a very long time. I don't actually know what to do with myself. I know dark nights of the soul appear to break us so we can build back up but it can feel pretty shitty going through it.
@WhiteSquallQ2 Thanks son much for giving some light. I have been there for him. I have seen his efforts to go to work and try to be sober. From soul to soul I know that we met for some reason, I 'll be there if he decides to take first step to change. Separation is wiser for us in this moment.
@WhiteSquallQ2 You can do body code, hypnosis, or any other type of modality to help clear those emotions and help heal. Or you can do the ho'oponopono prayer whenever you come across tough emotions. There is a book about it that's super helpful.
@WhiteSquallQ2 Mine was being told I was going to be coming to this planet. I can remember that memory very clearly, an angel giving me my earthly mission.
@WhiteSquallQ2 Probably does. Doesn't everyone have it in some form or another. They have to heal themselves. We choose the lives and people we interact with before we're born so it's a lesson somewhere. For everyone involved.
