Analyse juste mais répéter Francophone", qualifier les langues Africaines de simples dialectes et dire d'apprendre des langues étrangères c'est omettre l'essentiel du problème. Les jeunes doivent apprendre dans leur langue pour s'approprier le savoir et non suivre la liturgie.

@Saloneprince1 There are provinces of China and India that have 200 million inhabitants, so any country that doesn't have at least this population will be a dwarf on the global stage in comparison when their economy catches up with the west technologically.
