One of the things I loved most during our family trip through Sweden and Denmark was how easy it is to make sustainable choices. 💚 You can drink the tap water almost everywhere, and I was so impressed that even Stockholm Airport actively encourages travellers to refill their bottles instead of buying plastic ones. Small actions like these make a real difference.🇸🇪 Sitting here on Sweden’s beautiful coastline, I felt incredibly grateful to be part of a movement towards healthier living. Slow Scandinavian mornings are hard to beat. 🇸🇪☀️ One of my favourite moments from our trip was discovering this beautiful café just outside Stockholm. Enjoying a delicious Swedish breakfast surrounded by nature, thoughtful design, and so many beautiful sustainable products felt like the perfect way to start the day. One thing I have learned about Scandinavian summers is to always dress in layers. It can feel wonderfully cool in the morning, but as soon as the sun appears, it quickly becomes warm. Luckily, I was wearing my Wellicious Control Bra underneath, so I could simply take off my top, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy every moment. Knowing that my activewear is microplastic free, non toxic, made in Europe, and crafted from GOTS certified organic cotton with biodegradable stretch fibres makes these moments feel even better.
