@POTUS Please help pass the SAFE Banking Act. People are being robbed and murdered operating their LEGAL cannabis business purely with cash. They should have access to the same financial services as their neighboring businesses. Please help 🙏. These are legal businesses.

@elonmusk It should have included the SAFE Banking Act. It makes zero sense why legal cannabis businesses can’t get access to the same financial services as their neighboring businesses. Not to mention putting them in danger of being robbed with the volume of cash they are dealing with.

@SenSchumer We trusted you! Operating a business purely with cash is impossible. These are legal businesses and all you did was build up fake hope. My uncle is dead because he was robbed operating a legal cannabis business. These people are targets!

@SenJeffMerkley Thank you! These are legal businesses! Operating solely on cash is impossible. Only around 20% in-person payments are made using cash. We are become a cashless economy, why do legal marijuana businesses need to suffer.

@McConnellPress SAFE Banking Act needs to pass. Only being able to accept cash are pinning "Legal" businesses as easy targets for armed robberies & more. Why deny them of the same financial tools as their neighboring businesses. You're playing with the lives of legal business owners.

@amazon_policy @RepNancyMace We 100% agree! Why limit legal cannabis businesses the ability to gain access to traditional financial tools (e.g. credit card payments). Nancy Mace's States Reform Act helps a legal industry innovate and grow.
