Good post, but quick clarification: CBP just opened the portal for ~$166B in tariff refunds (up to ~$175B with interest) after the Supreme Court struck down many 2025 IEEPA tariffs. Refunds go to the businesses that paid them, not a blanket repayment. Nice cash boost for importers, but it’ll take time to process.
